Super Run is an Android game developed by Halfbrick Studios. The goal of the game is to help a character named Jake reach as far as possible while avoiding obstacles and collecting coins along the way. Players must keep Jake running continuously in order to advance, with various power-ups and special abilities available to aid him on his journey.
The controls are simple – players can tap or hold their finger down on the screen to make Jake jump over objects such as rocks, logs, fire pits, and other enemies that try to stop him from progressing. As he runs further into each level, more difficult obstacles will appear which require quick reflexes and precise timing in order for Jake to successfully navigate them without losing any of his energy. Coins can be collected throughout each run which can then be used to purchase upgrades for Jake’s speed, jumping ability, health regeneration rate, and much more.
In addition to the single player mode where players attempt to beat their own records, Super Run also features an online leaderboard system that allows users around the world compete against one another for top scores. This adds an extra layer of competition and encourages players to challenge themselves even further as they strive for higher rankings amongst friends and strangers alike.
